Please follow these guidelines carefully when preparing your abstract

Authors are invited to submit the abstract(s) for oral or poster presentation via email to aua.ahs.chula2025@gmail.com

Format Requirements
File: MS Word (.doc or .docx)
Font: Times New Roman, Size 12
Spacing: 1.5
Title: Up to 20 words
Language: English
Word count: Max 300 words

  • Indicate the names and affiliations of all authors
  • Indicate which author is the main/corresponding author with contact email address & telephone number
  • Abstracts can be structured or unstructured (with or without headings: Background/Introduction, Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion)
  • Include 3-5 Keywords separated by commas (e.g., Keyword 1, Keyword 2, Keyword 3)
  • Maximum word count: 300 words (excluding title and names/affiliations)

Note: Oral presentation slots are limited and will be selected through peer review. Unsuccessful oral presentation applications will be given the opportunity to change to poster presentation.
Guidelines for Accepted Presenters
Oral Presentation Requirements
  • Time allocation: You will be given a total of 10 minutes — 8 minutes for your presentation and 2 minutes for audience questions and discussion.
  • Presentation template: An official slide template will be provided to all accepted oral presenters to ensure consistency and professional quality across all sessions.
Poster Presentation Requirements
  • Poster dimensions: Please prepare your poster in portrait orientation with A0 size specifications (Height: 118.9 cm × Width: 84.1 cm).
  • Header information: Display the poster title and all author names prominently at the top using bold, large-size fonts that are easily readable.
  • Presenting author: If the person presenting differs from the first listed author, please clearly indicate the presenting author on your poster.
  • Readability: Ensure that all text, figures, and illustrations are legible from a distance of at least 2 meters to facilitate viewing by conference attendees.
  • Conflict of interest: Disclose any potential conflicts of interest related to your research clearly on the poster.
  • Attendance requirement: Poster authors must be available at their assigned poster location during the designated poster session times to engage with attendees and answer questions.
  • Display duration: All accepted posters will remain on display throughout the entire duration of the conference for continuous viewing.

Peer Review Process

All abstracts will be subjected to peer review and originality checking by the organizing committee.

Acceptance Notification

Acceptance notifications will be sent via email after review by the organizing committee.

Ethical Approval

Authors are responsible for ensuring appropriate ethical approval for studies involving human or animal subjects.
